Caroline is a Baltimore based chef and recipe developer. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at The University of Iowa before pursuing her degree in Culinary Arts at The Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, CA.
Her career started at The Pump Room in Chicago, where she worked after college, before deciding to pursue formal culinary training. In Northern California, she cooked at Bouchon Bistro, and then in the dining room at The French Laundry.
Caroline started Grateful Pizza in 2019, originally as a frozen pizza company. She sold her pizzas in grocery stores and specialty shops between Baltimore and DC. Now, she teaches in-home cooking classes and provides small scale catering
